How to do

– From table pose, stretch your right leg out behind you, and bend your left knee so that your left foot is near your right pelvic bone with your toes pointed
– Walk hands forward
– Fold upper body forward, keeping the length in your spine
– Keeps hips level to the earth, forehead reaching toward earth

– Stretches the thighs, hips, back, and psoas
– Opens the chest and shoulders.

– Recent or chronic injury to the hips, hamstrings or back
