Ardha = Half
Chandra = Glittering, shining, having the brilliancy or hue of light; usually translated as “moon”

How to do

-Lower hand under shoulder on chair
-Stack skyward arm on top
– Move lifted leg toward parallel to floor
– Turn top hip up toward ceiling
– Gaze up toward skyward fingertips
