How to do

– Kneel on the floor, touching your big toes together and press your hips towards your heels
– Separate your knees about as wide as your hips
– Exhale and lay your torso down between your thighs


– Gently stretches the hips, thighs, ankles and low back
– Calms the brain and helps relieve stress and fatigue
– Relieves back and neck pain when done with head and torso supported


– Recent or chronic injury to ankles, knees or hips
